Instructions:
Take a deck of cards or download a deck of cards to your phone. Each face represents an exercise. You are to flip one card at a time and perform the number of reps on the card with the exercise associated with the face.
Jacks = 11
Queen = 12
King = 13
Ace = 21
Face Value:
Spade = Push-ups
Diamond = Chest Press
Heart = Shoulder Press
Clubs = Lat Pull Down
